During the walk through, we look for environmental conditions that may be creating the pest problem. Items such as piles of plant debris, tall overgrown grass, weeds, and over watering. We address each problem found with the client and discuss the steps they too can take to help the situation.

We then analyze information gathered from our walk to decide what mechanical or chemical-free pest control options are available to us. When a chemical-free option is available, we recommend our P.E.R.C. (pressurized exhaust rodent control) system. P.E.R.C. uses Carbon-Monoxide to fumigate the rodent’s tunnels and burrows to eliminate your pest problem with a chemical free and environmentally friendly solution.
